Small Mobile Device Application

Small mobile application ## Deliverables I require a small mobile application which works as follows: 1. user launches app on their mobile device 2. app starts mobile device camera 3. user clicks button to take picture 4. app opens mobile browser & sends HTTP POST request to a pre-determined URL (picture embedded as MIME data in HTTP request) I need two versions of this application: (i) one? to run on an "HTC Touch" and (ii) one to run on a "Motorola RAZR V3c".? Eventually, this app will need to run on a wide variety of mobile devices, so the source code needs to be as device independant as possible. I also need a way to modify the URL in the application code (before? the app? is downloaded/installed on the mobile device, after the app is downloaded/installed the URL will be 'permanent'). These apps will be downloaded/installed on the mobile device from an html link in a WAP site (I will build this wap site,? I just need the apps that will be downloaded when the user clicks on the corresponding link)
