Wanted Help Computing Horary Placidus Houses

Hello, I am working on a Horary astrology software, and I need help performing a special task. -- I have the position of the ascendant, and the latitude of the place. I wish to calculate all the houses of the chart as per the Placidus system. Basically it's similar to what we have in a table of houses, which is available in print. There are formulae available on the Internet to calculate Placidus houses, but they use the Time, Latitude and not the Ascendant, Latitude as reference. Someone expert in trigonometry or quadratic equations may be able to mutate this formulae (I have no idea!) If you have knowledge of astrological calculations or maths, then this might be the project for you. I am ready to pay $100 for the right formula to calculate this. If you know what I am talking about, you can earn it in 2 hours.
