The website was built on PHP and HTML platform www.collierbing.com. Programmer Must Have extensive experience programming and designing Web-Sites using PHP & HTML in order to BID. A Programmer has initiated in changing the website name to a new one, but now if you type the adresses, old and new the Website cannot be found. We need all 20 items completed within 7-10 days after BID is accepted. We'll be available via phone and email, so your questions can be answered promptly, and we need the same from you in case of updates or changes. We prefer a programmer that speaks and writes English clearly to avoid confusion and misunderstanding. We need to add a comment to that same area so the customer is very clear that all Credit Card Orders will only ship to the Billing Address and that if they desire the product to ship to a different address then they will have to call or fax the order in and the order must be prepaid by Personal Cheque, Money Order, Cashier’s Cheque before we ship it.
