360565 Add new Pages and touch ups

I need a few new pages done in php/htm on existing site. Also need a few existing pages altered, and cleaned up. All pages use css/php and or htm. sorry .. better description. I need a downloads page (for music files in different categories) and a usage/disclaimer agreement page submitted or agreed to - before being allowed on the downloads page. The downloading page should have both a play button and a download button ..and or be done in a music player style. Php get'ID is also required, I don't want to be adding millions of file names, to fill in the downloads slots. The touch ups are just little things, things that need adjustment as the site evolves
