Flash animations and integration into site for underwear brand

Hi, We have a deal with a small underwear brand to provide 8 flash animations (one for each of their products) and wish to outsource this. The animations need to be of an extremely high standard and each animation is to be similar and consistent in style but having a unique theme that suits the product. They will appear on the products page. There's also a bit of general web work involved to integrate them into the site. Currently, 8 product has a video clip that auto loads. They are currently time consuming to begin to play. They wish to keep the video clip as an option with a button that can be clicked if the viewer wishes to watch the video. The video button is to match the existing buttons. We will provide photographs of the products and the logo. Like to replace the video with still shots for all 8 products (20-30 seconds per animation). 2 concepts needed per product. Keep the same sizes – animation will be the same size as the video. Each product is different, so there should be a theme for each one. The animation will be auto loading and should be fast to load. The flash does not need sound. They should include some buttons to allow the viewer to at least play and pause. One way or another the viewers of the site need to be able to choose between viewing the video or the flash at any time. Attached is a mock-up of how this would be done. Note the website for which this work will be done is already complete and established and this project does not involve changing the existing site except for adding the button(s) and alterting the way the videos are shown and of course adding the flash animations. So the bulk of this work is the flash animations (say 80% at least - if not 95%) and the rest is adding it to the site as described above. This is for a client and we will be reselling it so please give your best trade price. We will not be able to entertain quotes that are far above the average. Please indicate in addition to your quote how quickly you can start, your portfolio, experience level and anticipated turnaround time from when we provide the pictures, logos etc. There will be *some* creative work expected from you in regards to the themes but we will be doing much of that ourselves ie we will say 'for this product let's try this theme and here's some wording) but at the same time we would expect you to give creative input but not in a major way as that would blow out the cost and we are looking for a reasonably cost effective solution. *** Ask us to send you more information including a mockup showing what is needed. *** How we work ... 1. We do require where applicable copyright, all source files and the signing of freelance or other agreement as well as a non-disclosure declaration in some cases. In all cases (including messages, emails etc) information we provide you with must be considered private and never shown to anyone else as the materials are copyright to ourselves and our associates.
