FLASH AS3 DEVELOPERS, & make/link flash to MySQL & CMS

FLASH AS3 DEVELOPERS, able to make and link flash to MySQL databases and create a CMS. your job will be converting my static designs into working ones with database linkage. (I will send you all parts of the site in flash format and saved as individual movieclips etc, and the overall image as one). I'll also send you all parts of the site that need to be linked to the database. You should be good at galleries, smooth tweening, full screen flash, simple CMS. bonuses could be swift3d, courina (other tweeners), but not essential.
