flash page with php

i want 2 things in flash 1. flash audio video player which can be used to play any type of format of audio and video files 2. a flash page, design i will tell u both things have to integrated into php, u need to help me a lot in integration after making this. i will tell u all my php variables and u need to help me or do urself (preferred) to bridge the gap of this php and mysql so that site can run files flash page should show recent member profiles, images, comments and all taken from the mysql database so that it shows new registered users and images etc. payment on escrow , released when all done dont bid on higher side, my budget is not on higher side, i am myself a programmer in php, but i dont know anything about flash flash player design should be awesome and stylish with a feature from admin panel or databse so that i can change colors of button , frames etc.
