Stardust Email and Customer Data Base Management via PHPList(repost)(repost)

Hello, I have describe the work that I need to have done below. Thank you for considering to assist me on this! ## Deliverables I have an event and skating center.(one site combined) I just changed web servers, and it has **PHPlist** capability on it. I am delighted!!!- but... I don't know how to use the program. **I need the following to be done.** 1. Design a **new web page(s)** **JUST** for **roller/inline skaters,** this web page (s) will be on my existing site, and also will be a "stand alone" web page, as well. Both sites will be able to link back and forth. It needs to be a **FUN, EXCITING and INTERACTIVE web page (s) ** 2. **Program PHPList so that I can: **have it, add to it, and collect it, for my own specific usage for emailing, sending out newsletters, e-coupons, marketing to my customers about session times and birthday parties, or when I want to target market my customers for another reason, etc. 3. **Import my existing current customer base to this PHPlist**. 4. **Program the attributes** I need to have this work effectively for me. These include: **First Name: Last Name: Address: ** street, city, and zip code included **Birth Date**: month/date/year **Age:** our system hopefully can automatically assign the _age_ for the person once they enter their birth date **Home Telephone: Cell #: School:** ( I can give you the names and it can be a drop down/fill in box) **Grade: Email Address: Have you ever had an "ULTIMATE" birthday Party with us? (YES) (NO) **Also, If the person entering this information is under 18, then perhaps we can also have this information, automatically appear as well, right under their age Your Parent's First Name Your Parent's Last Name Your Parent's Home/Cell# This way, If I want to just email "parents" on a particular mailing, instead of kid's names, I can- (again, based upon the age of the person entering info on this form) Thank you for considering to help me on this fun and exciting project!
