Edit My Website - Scoping - repost

UPDATE: I have finally gained access to the cpanel logins. At the moment the site cannot be edited via a simple wordpress edit. At this stage I need the following completed: Text on approx 3 pages amended including contact details being updated. ( I can provide text in word doc.) I may then need to add more pages. Ihave also access a CD with our WebFiles on it and can only assume that this is the original website files uploaded to create the site. Please provide costings for the above and project will be awarded within the next 7 days. Apologies for the length of time taken to get this information. Our website administrator (a company) has effectively disappeared. We are currently unable to edit the details on our website and do not have the passwords or access to even log in to it. Our best option would be to find a way to 'break in' to it, although I realise that they are built for that not to happen. Could we copy the pages off the net, take the existing one down and then reload it? Obviously we own the domain and are currently hosting the site but our inability to edit the details (such as our address and phone numbers) is impacting on our business. I need help to firstly work out what can be done, the time-frame and then the cost.
