Fun Graphics Web site development

We would like a web site developed similar to [login to view URL] We need a link to GetSatisfaction on the left just like [login to view URL] The home tab will be based on our current site, of [login to view URL] For now we want just two tabs, of Home & "Who we are" but we may want to add FAQ, Blog, later. It must be modular, easy to do. It may be us who add these tables or you (separate project, not this project). We like the feel and graphics, and animation of [login to view URL] [login to view URL] We will want a quicktime movie, but you can supply a sill placeholder quicktime movie does not animate, and we will fill in the quicktime movie later. You will be responsible for graphics and art. Some can come from our current site. We will supply quicktime movie. - Four concepts to begin with in 2-3days. If concept not captured in the initial design, free redesign session and 4 new concepts - Unlimited alterations to the design during development phase - Prompt support and communication. We expect you to deliver all sources files in original form for creation of the site. Site must be done and coded cleanly. We need to be able to maintain site. Will be paid when web site is complete and we have all files. Great examples of sites that you have done will help us pick you. If it wasn't really you, and you just copied the sites, please don't bid. If you can't do the work, please don't bid. Reoccurring work likely. If you do good work, and communicate well, we will be happy re-hire you as we need more work done. If you are an animator, graphic designer, can do PHP with MySQL database queries, that may be good to know for future development. Thank you.
