Hosted Exchange Service Ticketing System (Web based) - re-posted with additional requirements

Work Description:- (Please refer to the attached PDF file for Full Work description) This project is to build similar to (MPS) Microsoft Provisioning Engine Front End which is in web based that it is NOT connected to any of the Hosted Exchange 2010 Mailbox or Database nor connected to live Active Directory. Looking for an experience coder to suggest and able to work on the below requirements with a short timeline:- Please refer to the brief requirements for the website as below:- 1) Requires account access including login page for Admin and Customer(s) 2) Requires database preferably (MySQL) for customer information to be stored - requires to store user (first_name, last_name, display_name, email_address, password(MD5), contact_number, company_name, domain_name) for customers registration. - 1 customer 1 domain and to many users based on their Subscription Plan (e.g if customer A has a [login to view URL] and consists of 20 users hence, customer will not be able to add new users request once they reach their subscribed limit of 20 users) 3) Admin able to create new customers on Registration tab and Users tab 4) Admin will give/grant customer(s) their web access based on the account created by Admin. 5) Enable Admin to set automated reply message to customer using the website once the customer made their changes on their account(s) 6) Required to create separate database which tables links to one another respectively for reporting use such as for customer_registration (Registration for login use), add_users_tbl(Users tab), add_disgroup_tbl(Distribution Group tab), subscription_plan_tbl (Subscription Plan tab) and deleted_records_tbl (ALL Deleted groups and users will be stored in here with deleted_datetime_users or deleted_datetime_group where the date and time is captured when records are deleted) 7) Admin able to receive notification email displaying display_name, first_name, last_name, email_address and mailbox_subscribed_size (Users) & group_name, group_emailaddress and email_address from Users (Distribution Group) of records when Users or/and Distribution Group records changed. 8) Able to keep log (XML) and displayed in report format on Audit Report. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Please refer to the attached PDF file for Additional Requirements -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------.
