PHP and general website maintenance

Hello, We have a website that requires occasional maintenance. Generally this will consist of adding PDFs (with large thumbnails that need to be created) to the site, updating links to product photographs (images will be provided, but may need to be re-sized), modifying some text, etc. Currently there is one PDF that needs to be added with an appropriate image link, please see this link to see what it will need to look like: [login to view URL] There is also one image file that is causing problems, please see this link to see the problem: [login to view URL] There is nothing too complicated or time consuming and the work will be at most a few hours month, though if we are both happy it will be [login to view URL] with the opportunity to do more when redesigns are looked at, etc. An ability to communicate well in English as well as an ability to meet deadlines (though there is rarely anything critical that needs doing by the next day) is very important.
