Turn my PSDs into a real website

Hey all. I have some PSD files for a website I'm trying to make. The website basically has 2 page types on it. It has a homepage and a internal page. It also has a category page which looks a lot like the homepage. I have PSD files for all of this. For this project you'll need to not only make the pages, but also find a way to turn the XML / JSON feeds from here [login to view URL] into the actual pages of my website. I don't want wordpress, or any other CMS. I want this to be as simple of a website as we can make it. The code has to be clean and simple and only use code that's needed. Wordpress and other CMS systems over complicate stuff. Basically the way I see this working, is you'll grab the XML feeds for each category and dump them into a MySQL DB. Using that DB, you'll make a php script that generates the pages. So, you'll need to be good at 1) splicing PSD's 2) optimizing the images and code so that it's simple and as small as possible 3) Coding a php script that will generate these pages. In the end the site will have many links, but really it's just two page types.
