We need a website where visitor will have to sign-up and pay fees. Then when they pay the fee they have access to the member section of the website. The member version of the website will have guide and tutorial. (Will explain how it works).The website is about safety at work and contains materials information about this subject. After the registration of an employer ,he will receive a certification number which confirm that he his a member of our website. Site will need a good banner, copy writing and integration with my own merchant [login to view URL] designer must be able to creatively put this together for maximum effect and conversion.
