Hi, What we understood from the description is, you want to have further development to existing Word press site, right? Implementation of 4 languages with WPML plugin, make theme accept RTL language too and all, Could you please forward us existing site URL or it need to be develop to. Before granting/confirming on project task & revise estimation we would like to know enhancement ability of used theme, if its code is rigid and could not provide any room for enhancement then there will be problem and in that case theme need to be develop from the scratch or need to find out alternative ways Kindly let us know your further interest to carry communication.
