Change UI for an existing web application

I have an existing web site that needs a new look and feel. The current website is written in Java but it does not look good. I have some images but I may need more but I need someone to help me give this application a more appealing look and feel. The application 10-15 pages and we are using CSS for most of the styling. I need someone who is familiar with Java and can rewrite the UI either in Java or HTML5, PHP. All code must be delivered to us upon completion.
