Improve website conversion rates

We have an estate agent website which currently has a conversion rate average for the year (until aug) of 1.35%. This figure was calculated on google analytics with our total month visits being divided by the number of enquiries we have received. On research we have found that a real estate company should have an industry average of around 2.5% and would like work done on the site to guarentee a conversion rate of around 2.5%. Our site is listed in Google for many keywords on the first page and sveral of these keywords are also inside the top 5 so we feel the SEO side is of an ok level (can be improved) but our conversion rates are the lacking factor. We therefore require a coder / web marketing person to reveiw our site and work on improving the conversion rates. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows? (depending on the nature? of the deliverables): a)? For web sites or? other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software? installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
