Rebuild Ecommerce Site + new features

I need a programmer/website designer with both capabilites to redesign a new website at [login to view URL] REQUIRE: - NEW SITE IN PHP - NEW LAYOUT, VERY EASY TO USE, USER FREINDLY - NEW SHOPPING CART SYSTEM INTEGRATED WITH PAYPAL PAYMENTS PRO WITH SEARCH ENGINE FRIENDLINESS (I WILL ADD PRODUCTS MYSELF AND CREATE CATEGORIES MYSELF ONCE DONE) -EACH PRODUCT PAGE MUST HAVE OPTION TO DISPLAY MULTIPLE PICTURES OF THE PRODUCT - SITE COULD HAVE SEARCH FUNCTION - ALL THE SITE MUST BE SEARCH ENGINE FRIENDLY OR IT WILL NOT WORK (ADMIN SHOULD HAVE CAPABILITY TO CHANGE TITLE/KEYWORDS/META/ALT FOR EACH PRODUCT PAGE FOR OPTIMIZATION ADDITIONAL FEATURES: - ALONG WITH EACH PRODUCT, THE USER SHOULD HAVE ABILITY TO RATE THE PRODUCT IF THEY HAVE PURCHASED 0-10 (MUST BE A REGISTERED MEMBER) - ALLOW USERS TO UPLOAD PICTURES OF THEIR CAR WITH THEIR OWN PROFILE AND PICS/INFO/MODS AND BE LINKED TO THE PRODUCT (IF THEY HAVE PICTURES OF THE PRODUCT INSTALLED) - THE USERS WILL HAVE THEIR OWN PROFILE LIKE CAR DOMAIN TO LIST ALL HIS MODIFICATIONS - A SECTION WHERE THE PICTURES WHICH ARE SUBMITTED BY USERS (from above) CAN THEN BE SHOWN RANDOMLY IN "RATE CAR SECTION" AND VOTED BY ANYONE 0-10 (like hotornot) - A DO IT YOURSELF SECTION, WHERE THE ADMIN CAN LIST INSTALLATION INFORMATION HELP/PICTURES & USERS CAN CREATE THEIR OWN TO CONTRIBUTE TO THE SITE ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform Currently the site is on NT hosting. Having a new site in PHP I think would be best. Opnion also needed.
