Updateing cdrom program to downloadable

I need to have my cd-Rom based program updated to include Visa access and have it converted to a downloadable program that can be sold on the internet and the client can access all the information contained in the CD-Rom and the selected documents and information that is contained as back up and comfort level documents. The back up docs etc are now in book form AND need to be converted into some type of downloadable ebook attachement to be delivered at the same time. The complete program is an easy to program process as it is in the cd, as an auto exec process with space prompts for entry and print outs. Any program updates should be easily accesable with a one click prompt, after paying online with credit card account or pay pal. R. W.
