Berlin Capital is an investment company specialising in the German property market. Their website is the main interface with their target market, and as their business develops, so there is a need to take the website up to the next level. There are several key areas to address:
**Search engine optimisation** so it’s easy for search engines to find the website based on defined search terms which will appear throughout the website and in page names.
**Design** of the site to be improved: cleaner, more professional and slicker to appeal visually to the target market. A simple Flash introduction would be considered. As a reference site, see [[login to view URL]][2].
**Content Management System** to enable the team to update the site regularly. Some very simple templates, based on the existing 3-column layout, will be needed for: (i) homepage (ii) general contents (iii) listings. To include: text, links, downloads, images etc. There will also be 3 pop-up windows: legal, privacy and contact details.
**Navigation.**Dynamic drop-down lists to access content deeper in the site and a clickable navigation path.
**Contact form x 2**to include free-text fields and drop-down lists. Some will be compulsory so prompts required. There will be an auto-response on submission. Also, all data submitted must feed into columns of an Excel spreadsheet.
**Assistance getting hosting set up**
