367004 ads over the top of my player

Hi i need someone to make me a script that i can use on my site, i need it to cover over my media (flv)(jw) player on my site so i can put my adsence ad in it bit like the way they done this site, [login to view URL] it must have the close ad after 20 seconds in it like this has. i need it soon as possibe and need to see it working first, i have a clipbucket website so i will need to be able to make it cover over the players on site,paypal only i look forward to hearing from you. di - solutions
