Build Desktop Cross-Platform Java Application (Decorum)

Hey, I am looking to have a medium size, cross platform [windows/osx/linux], flexible Java Application developed. I am looking for a development team for the whole nine yards - development, testing, graphics. Provided are the requirements and the preferred High Level Architecture (though I am open to suggestions). I want to get the project started by the end of the month. Contact me with any questions.
