Enterprise Secure Instant Messaging System

it is a final year project and it need to be hand in on april and also it need the documentation (what did you do and how you done it and the problems ,,, etc) the first report must hand in by the end of November 2009 by using java language the program will be: Enterprise Secure Instant Messaging System The main idea of this project is to replace the standard email process inside the organization. Messages can be categorized base on : - Project, where project can also categorized based on phases. - Meeting discussion. - categories are customizable, any category based on organization needs can be added. Customizable encryption/ security levels and authentication. - Users has access privileges based on categories/ project / meeting or based on Role - Administrator can access all messages add roles/categories and other access privileges. All message will be saved to data base and can be search at any time and based on many variables (project, date, user, category, etc...); Group message can be created among users in organizations based on category/project. Can be extended to be integrated with the existing corporation's Task Management Systems. High security system, 64 bit encryption, security will be also based on IP address or IP range. it could be also Windows ?Authuntication security based. This system will replace vocal system for documentation purpose
