Flash Web Design

I would like somebody to create me a flash website. We have a website up already, however we would like a full redesign. It will be an education tutoring website and we have attached a design we would like. Someone with imagination and experience in flash is needed! There will be 12 boxes involved where each box leads to a page of information - we would like a flash design where a mouse placed over each box, highlights, zooms in or pops out the image - up to your designing discretion The information for each page has been created. We also need: 1. A page where files can be uploaded and open for download to all signed up users 2. An order form for purchasing booklets Experience in flash design is needed and if the job is done extensively well, willing to pay more. We have attached guidelines of the design in the .jpg file.
