Java-Spring-Struts Web application

This is a web application which required expertise in Spring -Struts integration and typical J2EE application concerns ## Deliverables Dear All, This project is java j2ee based web application. This will require expertise in spring-hibernate ,struts,jsp and tiles as main technologies..This web application will consists of different modules and this is the first module..Provider who will be good we will continue working with them for rest of modules as this application will end up with serveral modules. Description of each and everything will be provided and communicated. I need a good team or individual who is experienced with good rating and at least 10 review on RAC.
