Java Web start app

We require a Java Webstart application to do the following. 1. Create and check for accounts on server. 2. Each account will have expiry. 3. If the account has expired then it will cancel the user session. 4. If it has not expired then it will start an exe on the PC and pass a parameter to it on the command line 5. It will keep a count on the number of instanes running for one particular user 6. If it crosses the maximum required it will not allow the instance to open. Regards Himanshu
