Macro/web script/hotkey web programming

BACKGROUND - We will need a team to help us do some web-script/macro/hotkey programming for an interface within our website. We have a website that will have an interface which will allow a customer service agent to access pertinent information related to a surveying phone call (this interface will be referred to as the participant interface). The participant interface is accessible from the web, and thus, there is no program that must be downloaded to access the participant interface. To execute the phone call, the customer service agent will first need to download Xlite (download link: [login to view URL]) and have this program running in the system tray/background. PROBLEM - The main issue is that when the customer service agent makes a call he must bring up (or make active) the Xlite program, and to review the information pertinent to the call, he must then bring up (or make active) the participant interface. Thus, it can be very annoying for the customer service agent to have to toggle back and forth between the Xlite program (to make the call and access call features – ie: mute, hang up, redial, etc.) and the participant interface (to access any pertinent information relevant to the call). SOLUTION – We would like to have the X-lite dialing functionality accessible and integrated into the participant interface versus keeping them separate. The customer service agent will still need to download and install X-lite, and will also need to keep X-lite running in the system tray/background. However, there will no longer be a need to keep bringing up the X-lite program just to make the call or access basic X-lite features (ie: dial, redial, etc.). The attached jpeg image shows a sample of what we are looking for. On the left side of the jpeg, you can see a simplified version of our current participant interface. We would like you to develop the right side of the jpeg image such that when any numbers are clicked on the dial pad, any ph number is typed in the large phone number field on the top, and if either the dial or redial buttons are pressed, the same functionality will be transferred to the X-lite program without the need to manually bring up the X-lite program (bring to front/make active). COMPATIBILITY – We will need the solution to be compatible with customer service agents who are using both Windows and Mac OS X to access the participant interface. Any programming used should not require any add’l download from the customer service agent. TIMELINE – We will need this completed within two weeks.
