The system is designed to make good use of the existing Google calendar system, but extend this through the creation of custom reports that draw from the information coded into the calendars.? The system should use Google Spreadsheet Documents, which is also online and collaboratively accessible - bt with customised Gadgets built to deliver custom reports. We are aiming to sell the system to other users, so ideally the development would be in the code used to generate the reports and other systems.
