YouTube/VideoEgg/Exclaimable hybrid clone for video service

We have a need to build a media production, hosting and broadcasting service. The best way to explain our needs is that it should be a hybrid development of [login to view URL], [login to view URL] and Exclaimable.com. So basically users SHOULD be able to record video/audio (VideoEgg/Exclaimable), upload video from multiple sources (VideoEgg/YouTube), edit video/audio in their browser (VideoEgg), and share their content by linking to their content, emailing or by embedding their content in other websites (YouTube/VideoEgg/Exclaimable). Below are some of the user/admin features and requirements. User Features: - Record/capture/upload video via DV Camera, Still Camera, Mobile Device, Web Cam or Computer - Record/capture audio via mic - All Videos will be converted into flash format and streamed in a branded flash player. - All audio files will be saved in mp3 format and streamed in a flash player. - Upload photos/images - Create blogs - All content (video/audio/photos/blogs) will have ratings, comments, tags. - All content will be placed in "channels" that are defined by a category system/tags. - Users will have their own account & profile page with a public and a private view. Users will also have a personal URL - Users can share their video/audio files on other websites such as MySpace, Friendster, forums and blogs through embedding of their flash files and also by emailing and linking to their media files. - Users can Collect their favorite videos in “My Favorite Clips” - Users can view top rated and random clips. - Users must rate their content noting if it contains foul language, bad words, etc. Any content that contains such content will require that a user to click a button acknowledging they are 18 years or older and agree to the content. - Automatically generated thumbnail of video/photo content - all media should be universally adaptable.. for example, users can download video/audio files to their IPods, PSP, and other media/mobile devices. Admin Features: - Approve, deny, delete content - Can add short advertising clips to beginning/end of all video/audio content. - Users can pay a monthly fee to remove all advertising from their content. - View Metrics/Stats of all media delivered/uploaded - ban/suspend users Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
