I need someone who does JS/Ajax to collaborate with existing developers (who do site itself) on creating an ajax chat system that uses xmpp, specifically... ejabberd. This needs to be totally customized solution, so the developer has to have a firm grasp of JS/Ajax or to already know how to do this, because this requires knowledge of xmpp and other related protocols. Site is done in python/django, db is pgsql.
