Daily Deal Site (groupon like clone)

Looking to have a site built similar (not a clone) to groupon/livingsocial. I have a sketch of the design in pdf. I also have 50% + of the code/frame work (a php script/clone that needs tweaked). I need it tweaked/customized to make it our own, and some backend things added. The script that I have can be used as a time saver as more than 50% of the front end is on point, the backend needs the most work as much of it will be simple, but from scratch. The site needs to: 1. Feature a new deal daily 2. Allow users to signup & buy deals 3. Have a user interface to track deals and their purchases 4. Allow merchants to sign in and review results/feedback along with redeem vouchers 5. Allow staff to create and manage deals 6. Email users daily with a html template ad (similar to groupon/livingsocial) 7. Etc. As stated above, more than 50% of the above is in place, just needs tweaked. (I would say its more like 80% complete) The project will feature a new deal every day. It is not just another deal site, there are a few twist and features that the other sites don't have/do.
