Fix DHTML popunder layer script

We have a script that adds a layer over a page after it has loaded. In the layer the visitor has two options a) Click ENTER or b) Click EXIT, if they click on ENTER the layer disappears and the page beneath it is fully visible. The importance with this script is that at the same time as the visitor clicks the ENTER link a popunder pops. What we need is: Get the script 100% working since right now layer shows over and over even though a cookie has been set and the layer shouldn't show if there is a cookie set that hasn't expired yet. We also need to set so the script works on multiply domains. Ex. visitor goes to [login to view URL] and the cookie is set. If then the visitor also goes to [login to view URL] the same script loads and notice that there already exists and cookie set by example2.com. Vi have a site that consists of several domains all leading to the same pages. We want someone to fix this and make it easy for us to configure the script in the future like for example how to change the expire time. We would like to have this working today if possible.
