Forum software integration/installation

I need my site at [login to view URL] (the page is currently bugged at the moment and usually requires a refresh in order to show) to be updated and also to have minor bug fixes with a couple of the built in scripts. Also we need the forum software updated (and integrated) from phpBB 2.0 to phpbb 3.0 or vbulliten. ## Deliverables The main project will be installing and integrating phpBB 3.0 (or vbulliten or another equivalent forum software) into the site. We have a custom designed site so the coder will need to be able to manipulate the forum software at a high level in order to make it continue to function as it does in it's current state. Minor issues that need to be resolved: 1) Site requires a refresh to load for some reason if you go to the index page 2) The news posting script seems to be bugged and won't allow new news articles If also desired we will have future work for the coder who we go with on this project.
