HTML5 Canvas Technology

The purpose of your writing is to expand our readers' knowledge of HTML5 Canvas; and to provide some sense of direction regarding where this technology is heading. This is *not* about HTML5 in general; this writing job is specifically about the Canvas aspect of HTML5. This includes opportunities, trends and/or challenges that Canvas might create for web developers. Here are some things our readers' do *not* need to know; they already know them. They are looking for a broader picture of what can be done with this technology and, if applicable, its limitations.
