202671 html site conversion into blog

I need two site conversions from existing html to blog platform. Problem which needs to be solved is that both sites are written with more than one language. I need proposal for the platform and your implementation which can handle two or three languages at the same time with one installation. 1. existing bi-lingual site into blog 2. existing tri-lingual site into blog Also some graphic design is needed thus utilization of lightbox and jw-mediaplayer.
