JOb 1168 - complete changes to bespoke CMS - job 90% completed

The attachment explains all. PHP LINUX Bespoke CMS, runing tiny MCE needs a few updates. Programmer no longer working for me - his coding was messy, and work behind schedule. Please take a look at the code as much as you can before bidding to be sure you can and do want to do this job; its easy if you dont mind working with messy code.
