jQuery - checkboxes to images

I'm doing a mockup, and would like a list of checkboxes, turned into images. I would like 3 steps like this: 1. Unchecked = Grey 2. Mouseover = Light color 3. Checked = Bright color (4. mouseover checked = still just bright color) Since it just a mockup, I don't mind if you remove the labels. If just the "on/off" functionality is there visually, and the mouseover effect.
