Modifying an existing application

I require a reliable, fluent english speaker(s) to fix some bugs and modify a couple of features in an existing web based php4/mysql application. The skills required: php4 mysql xsl-fo - fop google mapping api javascript I have attached a full spec, with wireframes and the following files: [login to view URL] - the property class [login to view URL] - the user class [login to view URL] - the xsl-fo template for creating a pdf document via fop. Once you have read the spec and understand the requirement (please feel free to ask questions) I will provide access to a user account so you can fully understand the functionality of the application. There is plenty of plenty of work after this task, and I am looking for someone to work on this application over the long-term. Thanks in advance for looking at my requirement and I look forward to hearing from you. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform to display on all the main browsers: explorer 5+ firefox/mozilla safari to work within the existing MVC framework of the [login to view URL] application
