Penny Auction counter

I need someone to fix my counter of my website, my website is similar to: [login to view URL], [login to view URL], [login to view URL] and etc I need someone to do the job first at your server and then I approved, this is because I already have customers and is to prevent problems on the website during this process. The counter always needs to go down by one second and this counter sometimes gets down by 7 seconds or 3 seconds and etc and I think is loading issues that makes it that way. Also, do not create more problems to the site when fixing this issue. I need this job to be done today, I will pay $30 max to the winner bidder.
