Tubeace modules

Hello. I need a man who is capable to do some work for me. I need the following modules for my tube site: 1. Webmasters module that I can be able to track , pay for unics visitors that webmasters send to my sites and can set the price for countries( high quality \ low quality) , this module must be like webmaster program that is on xhamster ( [login to view URL]) 2. Multiserver module 3. Protect flv , mp4 files - Link must expire for session, to protect from flv tube stealears. Please I need serious programator, that can be able to work in future with us.
