Hi there, I can make this in HTML + jQuery but it can't be done within your budget so I proposed my price. I hope you are aware you have to provide good quality photos shot from same single perspective (so when the script layer objects on one another it all makes sense). I will deliver HTML + jQuery script solution ready to be deployed, but you have to do all PHP/ASP work and integration with backend (CMS or database).
