The project is for webmastering work. The content exists. You don’t have to create it, but to create pages and insert the content into a content management system (CMS), usually Drupal. This tender is for a block of 100 typical pages to be completed over a short period of time. The required skills are very good English comprehension, good Spanish, HTML, CSS, FTP and image cropping. Additional assets would be experience with Drupal or other CMS; experience with page creation applications like Dreamweaver or Golive; and experience with image management applications like Thumbs Plus, Acdsee, or Photoshop.
