This is a WordPress plugin for running preroll commercials before YouTube videos. The plugin would allow for random commercials to be played before the start of the YouTube videos. I would need the plugin to have a skip functionality to it after 3 seconds. It would need to be able to play videos on both mobile and desktop browsers. I would like to use a shortcode and/or embed code to play the video.
