Website for portfolio management software

I need a complete website for my company which features the primary product (Portfolio Management). It needs to be clean and professional with the following features. 1) Database driven knowledge base, FAQ's(multiple), News, History, Feature comparison charts, trouble ticket system, simple membership system, award links (image/link list), screenshots(image/description/category) and ordering page. 2) The database needs to be Firebird. 3) Language prefered is php. 4) The use of front page is not acceptable. 5) The trouble ticket system should allow for the user to enter a support request and have it stored in the database. After that, other software will manage it. However, it should allow the user to go back to the site and review what has changed about their trouble ticket including any notes, and what the status is. Notes, and status changes will occur from elsewhere and do not need to be managed by the web site other than for display. 6) Open source pieces are acceptable, provided they do not damage the look and feel of the website or it's functioning. 7) All other standard company web page features must be represented such as Contact Information, Corporate info page, Feedback, etc. (All of the content, preferably DB driven as well.) 8) All images used must either be copyright free, or the copyright can be transfered to me. Original work is prefered. 9) All code will be reviewed for quality, mostly in terms of maintainability. If you only look at the end result, and do not focus on the quality of code as well, please do not bid. 10) If you have any questions about specific details, please ask before bidding as I have very specific needs in mind that must be met. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform 1) It must function well with IE, Netscape, and Mozilla(Firefox).
