Custom Basic Search Engine

I want a plain and simple search scripts that pull results from google. Delivery of script must come with basic site design and fully functional script. Basic layout 1. User enter site 2. User enter in search terms in search box 3. User get results on new page, preferrably SEO-friendly result page. 4. User click on result link 5. Result link goes to a pre-defined link that I set and not the actual link Pre-defined links are added on a text file somewhere on the server. Each links are separated by certain command or on a new line Example: 1. User searches for google 2. First link = [login to view URL], second link = [login to view URL], third link is news results for google, etc... What the text file does is replaces all the predefined link list with the search result down the page. And recycles them if it is at the end of the predefined link list. It does this with the millions and millions of search results that google provides depending on the search terms. If the search term is not found, it provide a default page where there is some results or an advert page for example. Requirements: 1. All features needed above 2. SEO-friendly for search engine spider. 3. Advert friendly so I can do ad-placement on result pages. Optional, not needed, but preferred to have: 1. Tag cloud of recent search results on index page. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows? (depending on the nature? of the deliverables): a)? For web sites or? other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software? installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
