I am a Website Developer, Project manager and post projects as I recieve them, once I recieve bids I supply the client with a proposal and it is then up to the client if they choose to proceed with the project.
This particular project is for a property website that will enable users to choose a location and then view properties within that location. The information dynamicaly generated form the database will include, Picture, Price, location, description etc..
The website will be designed by my graphic artist so it will just need a competent programmer in PHP and mysql to structure the website dynamicaly pulling the info from the database. The script will also need an admin section to enable the client to add more properties when they wish.
The website will start with just 3 locations and around 30 properties per location (So around 100 properties), so is NOT a huge real estate project, just a simple smooth one.
This should be a simple job for a programmer competent in PHP and mysql, and the obvious advantage of a programmer that has built similar sites to this before, samples of previous sites would be appreciated.
