To program the Raspberry PI ("refer to as the module") to capture through the camera the vehicle plate number (Singapore Vehicle Plate) and recognize the plate number through OCR. Server will request the module for information through http/socket. Must provide full source codes and instructions on how to install, modify and re-compile project.
