Customize phpBB board

Hi there, I am looking for someone to customize a phpBB bulletin board and make it similar to phpBB's home page. I'll do the install...but if you want to do it , you are more than welcome. What I need is: 1. Customize the look and feel of the forum from the standard phpBB 3x TO the colour scheme and style of phpBB's home page. The colours are really appealing. 2. To be more specific: Same colour scheme Same forum width as phpBB's home page Same header image with hyperlinks with the same moseover effects(I'll change the header image [login to view URL] if you can design a high quality custom header for additional $20 3.
