Custom stock status Opencart - 15$

I need a vQmod module that allows me to create a custom stock named "Out of production" and when I assign that in a product the module dont allow me to add the product to the cart. I'm paying $15 its not a hard task I won't give you ftp or mysql access you cant train with a fresh Opencart 1.5.2.1 install, but ill give you the /catalog/ files since I have a custom language (spanish) and custom theme (digitalshop).
