Hi, I'm interested in this project to do in PHP, MySQL and some HTML(/AJAX) scripting but have some questions: 1. "The owner of the IP addresses" is a very broad definition. At most it can be associated with a IP block in one or more of the assigned IP address blocks that Internet service providers have. What would for example be written for dsl.verizon.* whois lookup (Verizon, correct)? But not all will be that simple and what to assign for not found network operator? Or for the same but it is written differently as the owner of a different assigned IP block? 2. With secure messages I have a feeling you mean Secure POP3 (transferring e-mail via Secured POP3 message exchange). Correct? 3. How does the parser determine the category of the most dominant keywords in a message? E.g. found keywords should be compared to which (keywords)? And how is the priority of the message assigned? Once this is cleared any freelancer bidding for this will have relatively well defined software requirements (assuming the script is written in PHP, writes to local and remote SQL database, displays a simple web page for editing and gets spawned via cron job, all on one private or local web server). I am parsing mail through smtp by myself, but i am not sure is POP are different from smtp mail parsing. that all your required field is possible to parse: (a.e. IP address).
